The removal of Tiktok came as a result of the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act, signed into law last year. This legislation mandated the company to transfer ownership of its U.S. operations to an American company or another entity, not under Chinese influence.

In the north parking lot, trash piles up every day. Sgt. Christopher Reeves took this photo as an example of the litter that continues to be in the school parking lots. "We're not talking about a cup here, a water bottle there," Reeves said. "We’re not talking about a straw wrapper. This is disgusting. It's horrible. I was actually astonished by the amount of trash."

Freshman Polly Greaves renovated this graphic for their new episode on Canva. The book they read this episode is "Five Survive" by Holly Jackson. "Me and Heather Davis have advisory together, therefore, while I was reading this book, I got to look over at her now and then, and ask, 'why do you like this book so much?'" said Greaves. "And she just looked back at me like I was a complete weirdo and, you know, that just made my day."
